We currently offer shipping within Pakistan, with a focus on Karachi and other major cities. If you are located outside our shipping area, please contact us for possible arrangements.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Method
- We use trusted local couriers for deliveries, including M&P, TCS, Trax, and Bykea.
- Delivery time within Karachi typically takes 2-3 business days.
- Delivery to other cities may take 3-7 business days depending on the location.
4. Shipping Fees
- We offer flat-rate shipping within Pakistan at PKR 250.
- Free shipping may apply on orders over PKR 2999 within Karachi or nationwide depending on promotional offers.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the courier service used.
6. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Items
- In the rare case that your order is damaged during shipping or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
- We may ask for photos of the damaged product to process your claim.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are only able to ship within Pakistan.
